Cllr Crispin Goodall writes to advise that BCP have issued a licence to JDT Utilities to use an area of open space (six parking bays in Whitecliff Recreation Ground as indicated below) for a compound while they are carrying out gas mains replacement works in the area.

The works are due to take place between 2nd January and 23rd February this year; the timing may be extended.

JDT pays for use of the land and must reinstate the land to status quo ante at the end of the project.
